Providing quality education & holistic mentorship to underserved girls, empowering them to pursue careers in healthcare.

GEET, founded in February 2023, conducted primary research in rural Indian communities, collaborating with stakeholders to understand challenges. We developed blended learning and nonprofit revenue models, initiating regional pilots. In July, we launched our inaugural batch of 200 GEET girls, coaching them for informed career choices. By year-end, we aim to establish pilots in 25 villages. GEET envisions educating and empowering girls to become healthcare professionals, serving their rural communities.

Geet offers holistic support to rural Indian girls for medical careers, providing academic assistance, mentorship, partnerships, and life skills development. We collaborate closely with stakeholders—students, parents, teachers, local leaders, and content partners—to deliver tailored NEET exam preparation through blended learning. By combining online resources with in-person teaching, we ensure comprehensive support, preparing students for admission to national institutes and sustainable employment in the medical field.

Our initiative aligns with SDGs 4, 5, 8, 10, and 17, contributing to quality education for underserved rural girls (SDG 4), gender equality (SDG 5), sustainable economic growth and decent work opportunities (SDG 8), reduced inequalities (SDG 10), and partnerships for sustainable development (SDG 17). By empowering rural girls with education and employment in the medical field, we address these goals, fostering inclusive and equitable development for a better future.
